7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of rented vehicle:
- Use of the vehicle for any unlawful activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in any dangerous maneuvers. Transporting hazardous materials, sub-letting the vehicle, or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding weight or passenger limits, and operating outside of designated geographical areas require prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and added fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Rawtenstall is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for your rental over the past year.
